For cooking cheese sauce for trout we need:

  • Flour: 1 tbsp. a spoon.
  • Butter: 100 grams.
  • Milk: 0.5 cup
  • Cheese: 200 grams.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Melt the butter in a pan over low heat. Once the butter is completely melted, while stirring, gradually add the flour. Then, while continuing to stir, pour in the milk. After the milk heats up, pour the grated cheese into the pan. Stir the sauce until the cheese is completely melted. Add SALT and pepper to taste. The sauce is ready!
