PROFIL

A modern trout fish farming unit which extends to the eastern slopes of Mount Tomaros, next to the western banks of the Louros River in the village of Nea Mousiotitsa.

The trout farming unit has been raising its own brood, packing and distributing fresh fish since 1979. The unit has been raising exclusively rainbow trout (Oncorhynchusmykiss).

The trout smoking craft was added to the unit with the natural feature of their natural smoking in beech wood.
